Refund policy

At House Of Solv, every product is made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

When are you eligible for a replacement or refund?

We will offer a free replacement or refund if your order arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item received (wrong size, colour, or design)
  • Significant printing error or quality issue

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at contact@solvfitness.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue

How we resolve it:

We will first offer a free replacement of the same item. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer store credit. A full refund will be issued only in exceptional cases where neither a replacement nor store credit is a suitable resolution.

You do not need to return the defective or incorrect item — we'll sort it from our end.

What is not covered:

  • Size issues due to incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Damage caused by improper care or washing

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
